Often in our breweries people find themselves in leadership because they’re great at their job or because we simply need someone in charge. But leading people is an entirely different ballgame and, without the right skills, things can get rocky. In this seminar, we tackle the difference between being great at your job and being a great leader. Leadership is more than just knowing the ins and outs of brewing. We go over the people skills needed to lead a team effectively, making sure that whoever’s in charge has the right tools to keep the team strong and the beer flowing.
